Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dynamic and driven Demand Generation Marketing Specialist for our data security client in Santa Clara, CA. This position plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of demand generation initiatives, particularly through virtual events and diverse marketing channels. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Demand Generation. This is a contract position with the potential to transition into a full-time role, based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Execute virtual events and demand generation initiatives to support business growth.
  • Program manage demand generation projects, including webinars, content syndication, newsletters, and email campaigns, while reporting metrics.
  • Oversee virtual event production with multiple simultaneous breakout sessions and presenters, ensuring impactful delivery.
  • Utilize strong project management skills to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines efficiently.
  • Foster excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence others, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, self-starting attitude, taking full ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor under pressure while ensuring attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a professional setting.
  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS company or in demand generation/virtual event management is a bonus.

Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
